Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate enclosure of fluid having high viscosity such as organic compound by injecting a proper quantity of working fluid into a pipe one end of which is opened, freezing the same, subjecting the same to vacuum exhaustion to be placed under prescribed pressure, and later sealing the same.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed quantity of working fluid is injected into the pipe 5 and the pipe 5, connected to a valve 7a, is put in a freezing tank 6, whereby the working fluid in the pipe 5 is frozen. Next, valves 7a and 7b being opened, the inside of the pipe 5 is exhausted to be vacuous. Then, when a prescribed value of pressure is reached, the opening of the pipe 5 is sealed. By this method, various liquid, even the liquid having high viscosity such as, for instance, organic compound, can be sealed in the pipe, while the exhaustion can also be performed as usual.
