Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily fill and seal insulating oil or gas of high insulating property by removing impurities mixed in the fluid medium of disposing channel with the filter provided at a point close to the oil sealing value.
CONSTITUTION: The insulating oil in oil tank 11 is sent to gas-removing apparatus 12, and gas and moisture contained in insulating oil are removed there. The gas- removed insulating oil is sent to oil filter 21 through flexible hose 13 and pipe 14, and impurities are removed in oil filter 21. The gas-removed insulating oil is then sent to tank 16a of oil-filled electric apparatus 16 through oil sealing valve 15. Also, in case when filling dry air in the space existing in oil-filled electric apparatus after oil has been filled, the dry air coming from the dry air generator is sent to gas filter through flexible hose. Impurities in the insulating oil are removed here, and then it is sealed in electric apparatus 16 through valve 15.
