Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide relatively large indication face easily by arranging a plurality of chips longitudinally and laterally on a substrate electrode while shifting by one picture element for at least every one line. CONSTITUTION:A substrate electrode 10 is formed on an insulated substrate 1 of such as glass. Chips 11a-16b are arranged on said substrate electrode 10. Then for the lateral line bonding, its gate connecting wires 18a-18f are connected to a pad 17a for connecting the gate, while the other gate line connecting wires 19a-19f are connected between a gate line connecting pad 17b and the gate line connecting pad 17a. For the longitudinal line bonding, each source line connecting wires 21a- 21h are connected to source line connecting pads 21a-21c for each longitudinal picture element.
