Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture an inexpensive heat collector by a method wherein two thermoplastic resin sheets are laminated and sealed at the peripheral edges and a passage is formed so that an inlet and an outlet can be connected all over the sheet.
CONSTITUTION: Two thermoplastic resin sheets, one transparent and the other black, 9a, 9b are laminated, heated and welded at their peripheral edges pinching a reinforcement rope 10 between the peripheral edges. On both longer sides which are welded in a large width several eyelet holes are made and a metal attachment ring 12 is fitted to each eyelet hole. Further, several straight sealed parts are provided between both welds and several passage 14 are formed all over the sheets. Moreover, L-type cylindrical ports 15aW15d for charge and discharge are connected at the four conner parts of one sheet 9a so that they can be connected with the passages 14.
