Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent freezing around the structure by fixing mutual interval between circulation pipes, the diameter of pipes, the velocity of the flow of fluid and the direction of the circulation and then by heating the bottom plate uniformly. CONSTITUTION:A double-pipe-type circulation pipe 5 and a single-pipe-type circulation pipe 9 are arranged around the storing structure B for low-temperature liquefied gas 1 and the fluid is circulated through the pipes 5 and 9, whereby the freezing of the foundation ground A is prevented. In the lower part of the bottom board is provided a monitoring corridor 10, wherein the main supplying pipe 12 and main returning pipe 13, both uniting the single-pipe-type circulation pipes 9 are provided. Since the circulation pipes 9 and the main supplying and returning pipes are separable, scales and the like stuck to the circulation pipes can be removed with ease.
