CONSTITUTION:Box-shaped foundation concrete 2 is placed. The upper foundation concrete 2a and the upper ends of foundation piles 1 are integrated with each other. The top of the lower foundation concrete 2b is located almost at the ground level. A hot air supply duct 5 is opened into the upper portion of an internal opening 3 surrounded by the upper and lower foundation concrete sections 2a, 2b and a side wall 2c. An exhaust duct 6 is laid through the lower foundation concrete 2b and extended upward out of the ground outside the foundation concrete 2 and connected to an exhaust pipe 6'. A low-temperature storage tank 4 is built on the foundation concrete 2.
