Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive effective use of cold heat energy, by a method wherein the inside of a coarse aggregate storage bin 1 of airtight structure is cooled by injecting low-temperature liquefied gas within the same, kneading water is cooled by leading gasified low-temperature gas to a water cooler and the kneading water is cooled further through heat exchange of a wall part of a body of a coarse aggregate storage bin. CONSTITUTION:An upper opening part of a coarse aggregate storage bin 1 is closed by an inlet hopper 3, and a low-temperature liquefied gas is injected through an injection nozzle 5. The low-temperature gas gasified by a cooling an aggregate 22 arrives at a water cooler 8 through a discharge port 7, and cools kneading water 30 injected through an injection nozzle 9. The cooled kneading water 30 is led to a water storage tank 10, then led to a cooling water tank 2 of a wall part of a body of the coarse aggregate storage bin 1 through a water pipe 15 and cooled by absorbing cold heat energy through the wall part of the body of the same. The aggregate 22 and kneading water 30 cooled in this manner are loaded into a concrete mixer 26 and a cooled fresh concrete of an appropriate temperature is prepared.
