Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve utilization efficiency of cold heat energy of low- temperature liquefied gas, by a method wherein a concrete material is cooled by injecting the low-temperature liquefied gas within a concrete mixer of airtight structure and gasified low-temperature gas is used for cooling of the material by leading the same to a coarse aggregate storage bin or a kneading water tank. CONSTITUTION:Liquid nitrogen is injected through an upper injection nozzle 12 on the inside of a concrete mixer 1 and a constituent material of concrete is cooled by latent heat of vaporization at the time of vaporization of the liquid nitrogen. Gasified low-temperature gas flows out through a discharge port 13, arrives at a coarse aggregate storage bin 17 through a conduit 15 and an aggregate 22 is cooled by the latent heat of vaporization (cold heat). The low- temperature gas led to a kneading water tank 18 turns fine bubble through an air diffuser pipe 19 and kneading water 23 is cooled. The cooled aggregate 22, kneading water 23 are loaded within the concrete mixer 1 through a material loading port 9, and an injection quantity of a low-temperature liquefied gas can be reduced in this manner.
