Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the measurement with high accuracy with a simple constitution, by providing a light shielding plate which receives light with sent amount at all times through light shielding of photodetector and light receiving plane moving with the liquid surface up and down, the measuring the amount of movement of light shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:A light emitter 4 projected on the liquid surface of a molten glass 3 and a photodetector device 5 receiving the reflected light are provided.
