Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform accurate measurement with simple constitution by projecting plural luminous fluxes of different modulation frequencies diagonally at suitable intervals, detecting the reflected light thereof and detecting the modulation frequencies thereof. CONSTITUTION:A light projector 10 and a photodetector 20 are provided to one A of two objects A and B, and the opposite other is used as a reflection surface 2. The plural luminous fluxes 3a-3f moduated by different frequeicies are emitted from the projector of the device 10, and are crossed in the scale positions 7a-7f corresponding to an optical axis 5.
