Abstract
PURPOSE: To operate a title apparatus stably by a simple control through a mechanism wherein a treated water discharged from a final precipitation tank is poured into an inflow sewage and the water quality and the flowing amount of an inflow water to an aeration are maintained at an almost constant level.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a treated water discharged from a final precipitation tank 3 to the outside of a system is stored in a storage tank 4. On the other hand, an amount of an inflow sewage is measured by a detector 8 and simultaneously, a concentration of floated substances within the first precipitation tank 1 is detected by a detector 9, then the polluted load of an inflow sewage is determined from both measured values. A regulating meter 14 adjusts an opening degree of a value 10 according to the deviation between thus measured values and a set value and a diluting water required to render the water quality of an inflow sewage constant is sent into a tank 1 from a tank 4 in an only required amount. Moreover, by rendering an amount of sewage sent into an aeration tank 2 from a tank 1 to a constant level, the amount and the quality are regulated to a constant value and various amounts following to a tank 2 can be controlled constantly.
