Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify a rotor, to reduce the size thereof, and to decrease the assembling man-hours, by evaporating specified metal films on the respective junction surfaces of a rotor magnet and a rotor seat, and then stacking them together.
CONSTITUTION: A relatively low-melting point soft alloy film 7 such as solder and the like is evaporated on the surface of a rotor seat 6 which is to be connected with a rotor magnet 4, and a material having welding property with the soft alloy, for example, a metal film 5 such as gold.copper.chromium alloy and the like is evaporated on the surface of the rotor magnet 4 which is to be connected with the rotor seat 6. The rotor magnet 4 and the rotor seat 6 on which metal films 5 and 7 are evaporated, respectively, are stacked, inserted into a jig plate 9, and compressed by a heat compressing terminal 10. The soft metal film 7 is welded to the metal film 5, and the rotor magnet 4 and the rotor seat 6 are connected. Finally, a rotor- rotating shaft 8 is pressed into a center hole 6a in the rotor seat 6, thereby the rotor is formed.
