Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent crack and cutout of a magnet having brittleness and fragility such as a ferrite magnet, rare earth metal material magnet or the like and increase the fixing force by magnetic force of the magnet by plating the surface of the magnet and soldering the magnet to a mounting base. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical stator yoke 1 has its one end with copper-base or iron-base powder metal having high magnetic permeability being bintered, is incorporated at the center with the engaging hole 2 of a motor shaft, is mounted in the yoke with a bearing unit 4 projected with cylindrical magnet mounting base 3, while it is mounted at the other end with a brush holding plate 5. A cylindrical magnet 6 is engaged with the base 3, a copper-plated layer 7 is formed on the entire surface of the magnet, and the magnet 6 is soldered to the base 3 with silver solder 8. In this manner, it can prevent crack and cutout of the magnet having brittleness and fragility such as a ferrite magnet, rare earth metal material magnet or the like and increase the fixing force by magnetic force of the magnet.
