Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an aq. LiCl soln. to effectively exhibit an anticorrosive action esp. on mild steel easy to corrode by adding a molybdic acid salt, an oxycarboxylic acid (salt) and an azole cpd. as effective components to the soln. CONSTITUTION:To an aq. LiCl soln. are added 50-1000ppm of Li or Na salt of molybdic acid, 50-1000ppm of an oxycarboxylic acid (salt) such as sodium gluconate and 1-1000ppm of an azole cpd. such as triazoles, thiazoles or imidazoles. The resulting anticorrosive can prevent corrosion of the metal of a dehumidifier and exhibits an anticorrosive effect on mild steel, pure Ni and Cu alloy. It is esp. effective at pH>=7.
