Abstract

PURPOSE: To suppress variation in level difference between a reference voltage and comparison voltage based upon a difference in array position caused in an IC circuit, by providing a constant-current source, flowing a current causing a voltage drop, to one part of a reference voltage line.
CONSTITUTION: Inside of IC substrate 11, several voltage comparing function circuits 12-1∼12-r are arrayed. Then, they are connected to comparison voltage line 13 and comparison voltage generating circuit 14 at their one-side terminals and further connected to reference voltage line 15 and the output of reference voltage supply circuit 16 at other-side terminals. In this case, while no remarkable potential drop appears at voltage line 15, a voltage on voltage line 13 drops according to an exponential function covering from one terminal (a) to other terminal (b). Here, a constant-current source is provided which flows an excessive current causing the same potential drop as that on voltage line 13. Consequently, a potential drop is caused across a parasitic resistance of voltage line 15, so that unevenness in level difference between voltage lines 13 and 15 can be corrected.
