Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an integrated circuit device having a small variation in current at the terminals of a power supply by providing an impedance means between a load such as a pre-charging circuit generating a sudden variation in current and a power supply. CONSTITUTION:A pre-charging circuit which is a load consisting of an MOS transistor element T2 and a capacitor C is provided in parallel with an other circuit in the inside of an IC. And the circuits in the inside of the IC are connected to the outside of the IC connecting other elements and a power supply VDD having an inductance L in parallel through a wiring resistor rL. However, in this composition a sudden variation in current generated at the pre-charging circuit has a bad influence upon the power supply VDD. Therefore, a resistor R serving as an impedance means is provided between the transistor element T2 and a connecting wire to remarkably reduce a variation in power supply at the outside of the IC in addition to the inside of the IC.
