Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the low-noise reference output having a desired temp. coefft. by constituting a circuit which can independently set the voltage of the reference voltage output and temp. coefft. by using IC elements for a constant voltage source used for semiconductor IC circuits. CONSTITUTION:A power source terminal 11 is coupled via a current supply circuit 12 to a reference voltage output terminal 13, and is connected from the terminal 13 to one end of a resistance (R)14 and the collector of a transistor (TR)15. The other end of R14 is commonly connected to one end of R16, 18, 21, and the other end of R16 is connected to the collector and base of TR17 and also to the base of TR19. The other end of R18 is connected to the collector of TR19 and the base of TR15. The other end of R21 is connected to a ground terminal 22, and the emitter of TRs 17, 15 are connected to the terminal 22 and the emitter of TR19 via R20. From such constitution, the voltage VREG of the terminal 13 is expressed like the equation, and the voltage and temp. coefft. are set independently. In the equation, N is the area ratio of TRs 17, 19.
