Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform alignment with good operationability and high accuracy, by placing the tested printed board through the removal of original master after alignment of orignal master having the reference mark on the fitting stand.
CONSTITUTION: The original master 5 is located on the fitting stand 1 at first and it is fixed. The reference marks 6 are marked at three parts on the surface of the original master 5 in advance. Next, the fulcrum 4 is turned by taking it as the center and the reference position set plate 2 is opposed. Three extension projectors 3 are placed to the plate 2 corresponding to each position of the reference mark 6 of the master 5, and the operator moves the reference masks on the glass window of the projectors so that the image is in agreement with the reference marks 6 on the master via the projectors. Next, the master 5 is removed, the tested printed board is located, reference marks are made agreement via the projectors and alignment is made.
