Abstract
PURPOSE:To set free the heat generated in the ferrimagnetic substance to the waveguide and furthermore to outside through the heat pump by distributing the heat exchanger possessing the tubular flow path in such way that a contact may be secured between the ferrimagnetic substance and the upper or lower wall of the waveguide. CONSTITUTION:Ferrimagnetic substance 2 is distributed so that a contact may be secured between upper and lower wall of waveguide 1 and substance 2. Then hole 3 is provided to substance 2, and then lead wire 4 is made to pass through the center of hole 3. Thus a phase shifter is formed. Here the heat generated at substance 2 must be discharged outside in order to improve the average power properties of the phase shifter.
