Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a correct signal current value by applying the temperature compensation in a circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor radiation detector is connected to a current-voltage converter 3 consisting of an operational amplifier OP1 and a feedback resistor R1 by way of a first switch circuit 4 in a non-bias state. The first switch circuit 4 consists of switches S1a through S1b, and supplies as input the output current of the detector 1 to the current-voltage converter 3 by alternatively changing over its polarities. The output end of the current-voltage converter 3 is connected to an operational amplifier OP2, an input resistor R provided at its reverse input end side, a feed back resistor R and a second switch circuit 5 having switcher S2a and S2b provided at the non-reversing input end. The second switch circuit 5 operates in synchronism with the first switch circuit 4. An output voltage in which the influence of the input offset voltage is removed is obtained from the output end of the second switch circuit 5.
