Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the treatment of strong foaming water easy, by separating and removing foam after mixing and treating the water to be treated with ozonized air and carrying out ozone treatment at the reaction tower.

Also, the foam exhaust water tube 12 from the separator 4, is sealed by water at the defoaming vessel 5 and the ozone sent from the tube 12, is made not to discharge in the atmosphere. The water defoamed and reduced at the vessel 5, is returned to the pretreatment vessel by the returning tube 13.
