For circuit 10, thyristor 16 is provided to the current supply route along with thyristor 18 provided at the short-circuit route of power supply source respectively. And the ignition is controlled by control circuit 21 for the both thyristors. With the individual control given to thyristors via circuit 21, the size can be reduced for the device as a whole.
