Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the permeation of electrolyte against anode by arranging silver peroxide anode contained in anode case and resin film where electrolyte is absorbed in the bottom of said case. CONSTITUTION:Oxidation-resistant, hydropholic, continuous porous synthetic resin film 9 is located at the bottom 5a of anode case, then electrolyte is dripped and abserbed in said film thereafter silver peroxide anode 6 is mounted on it and injected with electrolyte while furthermore a separator 7 and cathode 8 contained in anode case 5b are sequentially laminated and sealed through gasket 5c to assemble a cell. Non-woven cloth or such one as made through extrusion developing can be used as resin film 9 for absorbing the electrolyte. Consequently the permeability of electrolyte against pellet anode 6 having high filling density is improved while decrease of discharging voltage due to polarization is prevented and the capacity is increased.
