Non-woven cloth or such one as made through extrusion developing can be used as resin film 9 for absorbing the electrolyte. Consequently the permeability of electrolyte against pellet anode 6 having high filling density is improved while decrease of discharging voltage due to polarization is prevented and the capacity is increased.
