Abstract
PURPOSE:To lower the viscosity of electrolyte and obtain a thin cell with an excellent heavy load characteristic, by using liquid, in which a lithium perchlorate as a solute is dissolved at a low concentration to the single solvent of propylene carbonate, as the electrolyte.
