Then sequence control part 2 is provided between part 5 and circuit control part 1 which controls the transmission and reception of the data to the circuits. In addition, the sequence is provided to perform the communication after preparing the information with which the transmission character is read out from buffer memory 6 for process via the program where a series of transmission data is stored, along with the sequence which gives the information without preparing the process information in case the information produced at CCE is transmitted when the character transmission request is informed to part 5.
