Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for supplying high-viscosity oil under high pressure, in which its hydraulic system is divided so that a high-viscosity section is pressurized by the hydraulic pressure of low-viscosity oil pressurized at a low-viscosity section, and high-viscosity oil thus pressurized is supplied to bearing, whereby it is enabled to accomplish pressurization of hydraulic oil economically. CONSTITUTION:The hydraulic system is divided into a low-viscosity section and a high-viscosity section. Hydraulic pressure of hydraulic unit O in the low-viscosity section is supplied to pressurizing cylinder J of pressure converting means for pressurizing high-pressure injection cylinder G having piston Y used in common with cylinder J. High-viscosity oil thus pressurized is supplied to fluid bearing A via check valve N, three-way valve Q and check valve R in the high-viscosity section. Pistons Y, Z are respectively provided with level meters V, X for actuating limit switches, which serve to cause alternate operation of the high-pressure injection cylinder and pressurizing cylinder of pressure converting means which are disposed in parallel with each other. Thus, continuous operation of the system can be achived economically.
