Abstract
1502012 Reciprocating pumps GULLICK DOBSON Ltd 22 July 1975 [28 Jan 1975] 3596/75 Heading F1A A pump e.g. for use in mines, comprises a plurality of pistons reciprocated by a common crank-shaft, some of the pistons supplying a high pressure line H.P. and the rest supplying a low pressure line L.P. The line pressures are set by pressure relief valves 9, 10. The two groups of pistons may be of the same or different diameter, as shown, or may have different crank throws. The pistons may be arranged in opposed pairs, Fig. 4 (not shown). The low pressure line may be connected to the high pressure line via a non- return valve.
