1433960 Reciprocating pumps SIGMA HRANICE NARODNI PODNIK 23 Oct 1974 45957/74 Heading F1A In a pump comprising at least three working pistons 41, 51, 61 reciprocated by a crank-shaft 3 and drawing from a common suction space and discharging to a common discharge space, flow pulsations are removed by the action of pistons 71 in cylinders connected directly to the suction or discharge spaces and reciprocated by cams 72 on the crank-shaft, the cam profiles being calculated from specified Formulae. Two banks of pistons may be driven by a common crank-shaft, Figs. 7 and 8 (not shown).
