CONSTITUTION:The storage mechanism C placed in the ground A consists of a membrane 4, an insulator 5 and a concete 6, and is equipped with a boil-off gas leading pipe 10 having an adjusting valve 11. Around the storage mechanism C a layer B having a good gas permeability is arranged, and on the outside of the layer B is provided a membrane 7 which prevent damp. Into this layer B is introduced a heating gas from a gas delivering apparatus 8 through a gas introducing pipe 2 to prevent the freezing.
