Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulation of a storage construction for low temperature objects, wherein a gas or water permeable layer is arranged around the storage construction for low temperature objects auch as liquefied gas, and warm waste water ot the like is flown through the layer to prevent the surrounding area from freezing. CONSTITUTION:The storage mechanism C placed in the ground A consists of a membrane 4, an insulator 5 and a concete 6, and is equipped with a boil-off gas leading pipe 10 having an adjusting valve 11. Around the storage mechanism C a layer B having a good gas permeability is arranged, and on the outside of the layer B is provided a membrane 7 which prevent damp. Into this layer B is introduced a heating gas from a gas delivering apparatus 8 through a gas introducing pipe 2 to prevent the freezing.
