Abstract

PURPOSE: To readily control the liquid discharge amount from a valve by rapidly stopping liquid discharge from an outlet tube when the valve is closed to eliminate wasteful liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe fixure 12 connected with a pipe 11 thereto is connected to the bottom of an exhaust unit 10 mounted at the port 9 of a liquid container 8. A pressure passage 13 is perforated at the unit 10, and connected at the outlet to a pressure source 14. A valve seat 17 of a valve 16 is provided at the opening of a liquid passage 15 in the upper space of the fixure 12. A liquid passage 15 is also perforated at the unit 10, and connected to the valve seat 17. A piston-like actuator 19 is connected to the top of a valve rod 18 elevationally moving in the passage 15. A branched passage 20 and a liquid exhaust tube 21 are connected to the passage 15. A gas passage 22 is also perforated at the unit 10 to open when the valve 16 is closed by the movement of the actuator 19, and connected to the passage 15.
