Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the valve opening and fluid passage opening or closing operation by varying the fluid amount and phase in a valve body in fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A valve body 1 is sunk in the fluid of a fluid storage tank via a hole 3. Liquid material is filled through a liquid passage 13 in space 2. The valve body 1 is so formed as to incorporate the weight corresponding to the specific weight of external fluid. The hole 3 is opened. When gas feed tube 12 feeds air or nitrogen gas as inert gas into the space 2 to evacuate the liquid in the space 2 through the passage 13 externally, the valve body 1 is floated by its buoyancy by the external fluid to allow the valve body 1 to rise along a guide rail 11 to thus close the hole 3. When the tube 12 is reduced under pressure, liquid substance is fed to increase the weight of the valve body 1, the valve body 1 is sunk to open the hole 3.
