CONSTITUTION:A wire material 15 formed with a magnetic material and having a sectional area of a circle, a hexagon or a rectangle is applied with a not yet cured thermosetting resin on the surface in a resin-applying device 19 to cover the surface with an insulating coating like enamel, etc., and is wound up on a spool 21 in a desired shape to form a block 24. Then the resin is cured in a heating furnace, the spool is broke up and is removed and unnecessary parts are cut out and removed to form a magnetic core in an optional shape having an inner circumferential face 11 and an outer circumferential face 12. By this way, a plate face like a thin steel plate can be get rid of to prevent the generation of eddy current, the direction of flux and the winding can be made to coinside to elevate the magnetic characteristic, and the mechanical strength can be enlarged by the curing of the resin.
