Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture an electromagnetic coil easily, eliminating complex manufacturing process controlling the effect on insulation property of coil's mechanical vibration and environment, by holding the coil with coil holders in advance and containing it in a mold and by hardening resin injected in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A coil of polyester wire is wound around a bobbin to make a coil 2 and then the bobbin is removed, and the coil is held together by holders 4 on four sided of the coil. The coil held by the holders 4 is incased in metal molds 5, 6 and forming material 7 of heat hardening, heat resistant resin is injected with a forming machine and the resin is hardened. By this method an electromagnetic coil of a super insulation property is easily manufactured reducing the effect of the coil's mechanical vibration on the insulation eliminating complex manufacturing process.
