Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the speed impact drop and recovery time in the sharp change in load, by calculating the estimated value of load disturbance and the differentiated value of the former value from real current and speed values and adding both signals to the output of a speed controller. CONSTITUTION:A state monitor 2, which comprises a starting time constant equivalent model 12, amplifiers 13, 14, an integrator 15, a blind zone calculator 16 and inversional amplifier 11, receives a real current value ia and a real speed value omega and sends out the sum of the estimated value of a load disturbance quantity taul and the differentiated value of the estimated value. The sum is added to a current command value sent out from a speed controller 3. According to this constitution, the output of the speed controller is always almost zero, and the impact drop and recovery time of speed are reduced by a compensation signal from the state monitor 2 in sharp load change.
