Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce in size, economize manufacturing cost and improve reliability by piling in layer more than 2 pieces of base plates, formed by solder-plating of an ink chamber, an ink supply passage and a nozzle, etc., and joining the plated sections by soldering. CONSTITUTION:Solder plated bottom base plate 11 and top base plate 21 are placed in a layer, set on a fixing jig, and the jig is entirely heated to a temperature between 350 deg.C and 500 deg.C or heated to such a temperature while being pressed. And then, the plated section is melted to form a rigid solder layer and thereby the top and the bottom base plates are completely joined together, and in the section which is surrounded by the solder plating, spaces are formed for an inside ink chamber, a nozzle and a flow passage, etc. Furhter, a hole 22 is provided for supplying ink to the inside ink chamber and is connected to an ink supply source through a pipe 23, etc. A voltage oscillator 24 is also fixed immediately above the ink chamber 13 and this changes shape of the base plate 21 by electric field and compresses the ink chamber 13.
