Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the strength against the contrifugal force and the permeability of resin of an armature by axially and alternately laminating totally-enclosed slots and open-type slots by a proper thickness, and inserting conductors into the slots, before filling them up with resin. CONSTITUTION:A proper number of a core 2a with a totally-enclosed slot 3a and a core 2b with an open-type slot 3b are axially and alternately laminated in order to form an armature core 2. After conductors 4 are inserted into the slots 3, the slots 3 are saturated with synthetic resin in order to form a synthetic resin insulation layer 5. Thus, the slots 3a hold a coil 4, so that the mechanical strength against the centrifugal force can be improved, and openings 3c of the open-type slots 3b permit filling of the synthetic resin to be improved.
