Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the enamelling property, the strength as well as the moldability of a steel plate by winding a low carbon rolled steel plate containing a specific amount of Ti at a temp. of 650 deg.C or more. CONSTITUTION:A steel ingot containing C; 0.02-0.20%, Mn; 0.05-0.40%, Ti; 0.10-0.50% is subjected to the hot rolling and this hot rolling is completed at 850 deg.C and the hot rolled steel plate is wound at temp. of 650 deg.C or more. If the winding is carried out at this temp., precipitated TiC is grown without distributing finely and the anti-fishscaling property is enhanced without losing the moldability. Therefore, a heat rolled steel plate of which both surfaces can be easily enameld can be easily prepared.
