Abstract

The prepared emulsion is dried and powdered to give powder fats (or oils). 20W60wt% the powder fats (or oils), 5W60wt% sugar, 1W40wt% consistency improve 2W40wt% milk protein, and one or two or more, preferably three compounds selected from the group consisting of calcium salt, phosphate, and polyphosphate are mixed to give a dessert mix containing 0.4W4wt% coagulant.
