Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for air cooling blower and to conserve energy by a method wherein a condenser to condense water desorbed from a container in desorption process is cooled by air being sent to a container in adsorption process or by air discharged therefrom.
CONSTITUTION: The first and second containers 1A, 1B are installed to contain adsorbent 1a, 1b to adsorb water from air, so that when one is in adsorption process the other in desorption process. Typically, when the container 1B is in desorption process, desorbed water is condensed in a condenser 16 which is cooled by air being sent from blower 2 to the container 1A in adsorption process.
