Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce a nozzle plate having high precision and durability, by laminating the inner face of an opening part and a reinforcing plate forming a nickel film on other surface by diffusion bonding.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing plate 8 is made of a metal which is lower in melting point than nickel and is easy to apply nickel plating, for example, copper alloy such as brass and phosphor bronze, and has an opening part 9 pierced by pressing or other means. Then, a nickel film 10 is formed on the surface of the reinforcing plate 8 including the opening part 9 by plating or other means. On the other hand, a nickel foil 11 is formed by electroforming, and it has a nozzle part 12. This nickel foil and the reinforcing plate 8 are laminated by diffusion bonding. Thus, while maintaining the sequareness of the nozzle part, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and durability may be obtained.
