Abstract
PURPOSE: To attain rational treatment of a purifying tank by a method wherein a sludge of an excretion purifying tank and a treated liquid of raw excretion are mixed and, after biologically treated, a high molecular flocculating agent is added to carry out the solid-liquid separation.
CONSTITUTION: The collected excretion 1 is flowed into an unaerobic digesting tank 2 without being mixed the sludge of a purifying tank and the sludge 3 of a purifying tank 3 is blended into a digested and separated liquid 4. Thereafter, both liquids are treated in an aeration tank 5 and an effluent liquid is flowed into a precipitation basin 6 and the concentrated sludge 7 is recycled to an aeration tank 5. Subsequently, an excessive sludge 8 is appropriately blended into an overflowed water and a cationic high molecular flocculating agent 9 is added to the formed slurry, thereafter said slurry is directly subjected to dehydrating treatment by a dehydrator 10. Therefore, because the sludge of a purifying tank is blended into a digested and treated liquid, a functional obstruction of a digesting tank is eliminated and, moreover, by a rational operation of a sludge treating procedure, an amount of an inorganic flocculating agent added to a succeeding flocculating and precipitating procedure of a dehydrated separated liquid can be reduced.
