Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the cutting performance by a method wherein the metal coating layer is formed in uniform thickness by chemical plating at the inner surface of the cutting oxygen injection port to make the inner surface become the smooth surface with high accuracy and thus shape up the current of cutting oxygen injection flow. CONSTITUTION:A hight speed precise gas cutting flame nozzle body 1 is constituted by inserting and securing an inner cylinder 3 to an outer cylinder 2. The inner cylinder 3 is provided with a cutting oxygen port 5 at its central portion and a cutting injection port 6 is formed at the end portion of the port 5. When the inner surface of this injection part 6 of the inner cylinder 3 is finished with high accuracy, each port portion 7-9 is formed in such a manner that its diameter becomes larger about 10mu than that thereof in the finally completed state. Then, the inner surface of the injection port 6 is placed under contact with chemical plating solution in order to form a metal coating layer with superior abrasion resistance than the wall surrounding it at least on the inner surface of the injection port 6 of the body 1 in the uniform thickness at each portion, respectively, through chemical plating reaction by use of the chemical plating solution.
