Abstract
PURPOSE:To obatin a liquid ejector of small outer diameter usable as a multi nozzle head of high density arrangement by fitting forcible a plural number of easily processable ring-shaped electrostrictive vibrators around an electroconductive pipe of small diameter utilized as a pressurizing chamber. CONSTITUTION:An electrostrictive vibrator column 22 such as a piezo ceramic or the like is cut into a desired thickness and the cut disc-shaped electrostrictive vibrator 23 is formed into a ring-shaped electrostrictive vibrator 11 by a micro-drill processing or a laser processing. The thickness of cutting is determined by an inner diameter and demanded accuracy. Further, the finished ring-shaped electrostrictive vibrators 11 are fitted forcibly piece by piece around an electroconductive pipe 16 secured with a stop ring 20 and an orifice member 12 of an electric insulating body is fitted forcibly therearound finally. A hydrodynamic resisting body 13 is inserted to an opposite side of the orifice 12. Further, lead wires 7 are brazed at positions 9 to the electroconductive film 15 applied around the outer peripheral surface of the electrostrictive vibrators 11 and the electroconductive pipe 16.
