CONSTITUTION:A steel tube 1 for a pole is fixed between rotating devices 2. While the tube 1 is rotated on the central axis, Al is thermally sprayed on the outside of the tube 1 from a thermal spraying nozzle 3 to form an outer coating film 4 having about 20-500mum thickness. The tube 1 is then horizontally set on trestles 5, a spraying nozzle 6 is put in the tube 1 from one end and tar-epoxy resin is sprayed to form an inner coating film 7 having superior weather and corrosion resistances to about 0.1mm thickness.
