Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture an energy lock-in type piezoelectric filter featuring a high mass productivity and excellent characteristics by coating the gap formation material to the electrode part of the piezoelectric plate and then removing the gap formation material after forming the insulating porous resin layer outside the coating of the gap formation material. CONSTITUTION:Gap formation material 6 such as the pitch, nitrocellulose and the like which dissolves easily into the solvent like benzene, etc. is coated through the dipping method onto electrode 2 and 4 and their periphery on piezoelectric plate 1. Then the insulating nad porous resin such as the phenolic resin, epoxy resin and the like is coated in the same way over material 6 and then hardened. After this, plate 1 on which resin layer 7 is formed is dipped into the solvent of benzene or the like with application of the ultrasonic vibrations, and material 6 is eluted to form gap 8. And then insulated protective resin layer 9 is formed over layer 7.
