CONSTITUTION:Conductor 1 of naked Cu, Al, etc., with a rectangular cross section is wound edgewise with the shorter side of the cross section inward and the winding is extended in the direction of the axis of winding to make gaps between the turns of the conductor 1. Next, the extended conductor 1 is covered with an insulating layer 6 of vinyl chloride resin, special epoxy resin having softness, etc., by painting, electrostatic power flow dipping method, etc., then the conductor is compressed in the direction of the axis of winding until the gaps between the turns are removed, then the conductor is put into a winding die and molded in the synthetic resin. By so doing, internal stress does not occur, or can be easily absorbed even if it may occur and cracks are prevented and in addition the winding can be made lighter.
