Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce both the oscillation frequency and the power consumption as well as secure the high efficiency for the IC manufacturing process with a simple circuit constitution, by giving the ring connection to several units of inverting circuits consisting of the CMOS-FET. CONSTITUTION:P-FET21, 22 plus N-FET23, 24 are connected in series between high potential VDD and low potential VSS, and at the same time the source electrodes of EFT21, 24 are connected to VDD and VSS each. And furthermore, the gate and drain electrodes are connected to FET21, 24 each. Then the drain electrodes of FET21, 24 are connected to the source electrodes of FET22, 23 each; and both drain and gate electrodes of FETs22 and 23 are connected to each other. And the gate electrodes are used for the input ends of inverting circuit 33 along with the drain electrodes used for the output ends each. Both inverting circuits 34 and 35 feature the same constitution, and each inverting circuit is connected to secure the ring form for the input and the output.
