Abstract

PURPOSE: To output the signal alternately, by connecting gates of the first and the fourth IGFETs out of four IGFETs, which are connected in series, commonly and by connecting the complementary inverter between this connection point and the output point.
CONSTITUTION: Four FETs 12∼15 are connected in series between power sources VDD and VSS, and resistances R1 and R2 are connected to the second and the third FETs 13 and 14, thereby forming a current source circuit. Further, the feedback circuit consisting of diodes 17 and 18 and capacitors C1 and C2 is formed between output 16 and gates of the second and the third FETs 13 and 14. Gates of the first and the fourth FETs 12 and 15 are connected commonly and are connected to input terminal 19, and complementary inverter 20 of a small dimension is connected in parallel between input terminal 19 and output terminal 16. Thus, since the current limiting circuit has power source VDD and VSS terminals and has complementary inverter 20, the oscillation waveform is always oscillated alternately with (VDD -VSS)/2 as the center.
