Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively carry out the treatment of contaminated water, by sending a high pressure decomposition gas generated from the high pressure reaction vessel heat-treating the sludge to the high pressure aeration vessel and utilizing effectively.
CONSTITUTION: The sludge 2 in the reaction vessel 1 is heat-treated by supplying steam and the high pressure air 3. Next, heat-treated sludge 4 is sent to the concentration vessel 5 and is sent to the storage vessel 6 after precipitating the solid matter. Then, precipitated sludge 7 is sent to the centrifugal separation apparatus 8 and moreover, the above sludge is concentrated. The concentrated sludge 9 is discharged out of system and also, the contaminated water 11 separated at this time, is sent to the vessel 6. The contaiminated water 12 collected in the vessel 6, is sent to the high pressure aeration vessel 14. On the one hand, a high pressure decomposition gas generated in the vessel 1, is communicated to the vessel 14 and the water in the vessel 14 is pressurized. Next, the above pressure water in the vessel 14 is discharged to the pressure floating vessel 16 and floated and separated sludge is collected in the storage vessel 18 and also, the separated clear water 19 is discharged out of system.
