Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the distinct image free from ground stains, etc. by disposing a conductive and elastic member to the bottom edge on the toner feedback side of a toner tank in such a manner that it makes contact with a developing roll or the toner layer the developing roll. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted by installing a conductive and elastic member 5 making contact with a developing roll or the toner layer 1b on the peripheral surface of the developing roll, to the bottom edge on the toner feedback side of a toner tank A. The installation of the conductive and elastic member 5 in this way destaticizes and evens the unnecessary charges of the toner layer 1b to be returned to the tank A, thus enabling these to be made to adequate and even charges and returned into the toner tank. Hence, the ground stains and double images produced owing to the unevenness of the charges of the toner layer on the peripheral surface of the developing roll 3 are eliminated and the distinct and accurate images may be obtained.
